An Afternoon in Prescott

Our State has some of the most beautiful and varied landscapes. Just look at these pictures. Last Saturday with a dear friend, her daughter Farah and Farah's grandmother from Switzerland, we forged thru three different ecology areas within a twelve-mile area in an afternoon.  The first picture is behind a dam at Lynx Lakes. What natural art work.       Picture 2 is a favorite..wonder which came first the tree or the shed? The tree is definitely winning. We were at Granite Dells. Number 3 is on our way at least we thought to see some Indian ruins. Didn't find them, but Farah and Grandma found a tree to climb. Pictures 4 and 5 are at Pine Lakes, still snow and ice around the lake. Fun to walk in the snow, just glad it wasn't very deep. The last photo is at Terry's, looking out from her dinning room, what a sunset and a view to end a great day with.

Post is completed Amber, its back to the aprons!
